Rules of Conduct for the Tolstoy Club Members

1. Discretion
Discretion is an indispensable value of our club.
Everything that happens within the Club stays within the Club’s walls.
Members are expected not to share information about the Club’s events, other members and personnel with others outside of the Club.

2. Reservations and arrivals
The services a member can use, depending on their membership, must be booked in advance. Failure to keep your reservation may result in termination of membership.
Also, punctuality is a must, with up to 20 minutes tolerance.

3. Conduct
Members are expected to be respectful to personnel and other members.
Inappropriate conduct, rowdiness, harassment or any other form of disrespect will not be tolerated.

4. Guests
Members may bring guests in line with the rules that depend on the type of membership. The guests must observe all the Club’s rules. The member shall be responsible for the guests’ behaviour.

5. Using mobile phones and taking photos
The use of mobile phones may be restricted or completely forbidden in certain areas of the Club. Taking photos and filming is not allowed to safeguard members’ privacy and discretion.

6. Rules for specific areas
Every area of the Club may be subject to a specific set of rules (restaurant, cigar lounge bar, conference room, meeting rooms, and tennis courts). Members must be familiar with these rules and observe them.

7. Maintenance of premises
Preserving the Club’s quality and ambience is a shared responsibility.
Inflicting damage to the Club’s property intentionally or unintentionally may result in sanctions and the obligation to pay damages.

8. Fees and bills
Members are required to pay their fees on time, both the annual membership fee and expenses incurred during the time spent at the Club.

9. Dress Code
The clothing must reflect respect for the Club’s premises and other members of the Club.
The club’s personnel reserves the right to respectfully draw the attention of a member to non-adherence to the dress code and to deny them access if needed.

10. Expulsion from the Club
Non-observance of the code of conduct by a member may result in a suspension or revocation of membership.
All rules are provided to the members at the time of acceptance into the Club.
Members are kindly asked to get acquainted with the rules and to share this information with the guests they wish to bring to the Club.
